GREYSTONE runs north and south in an upland area, parallel to the Wabash River. The property drops in elevation 150’ from east to west facilitating three water sheds. In addition to a dramatic terrain this also provides for several waterfalls and springs. To the east of the property is farmland and to the west is a wooded wetland preserve. Customers enter on the preserve side (low) in the heart of the forest. Staff, service and deliveries enter on the farm side (high) which is open and easily accessible. The property spans between two rural, paved roads: S Towpath Rd and S River Rd.
